What’s included.
How it works.
A restaurant website and ongoing care, handled by Niko Kuhn. Here’s the scope behind the $750 build and $129 monthly care price.
Working offer · October 21, 2026. These service details are not a contract. A written project agreement comes before paid work.
The build
- One restaurant location, up to five pages and one menu of up to 60 items, entered from your approved text.
- Custom responsive design using your existing identity and authorized photos. Logo design, photography and translation are separate work.
- Two consolidated rounds of design revisions within the agreed brief.
- Readable menus, hours, location and contact details, plus links to your existing ordering and reservation providers. Their fees remain separate.
- Basic search setup: page titles, descriptions, headings, descriptive URLs, menu text, restaurant structured data, sitemap, crawl settings and optimized images. Search Console setup and indexing requests follow an authorized live launch.
We agree on a schedule once your menu, content and assets are ready. You approve the facts, design and links before launch. Search engines control indexing and ranking; neither is guaranteed.
Price & payment
The build is $750: $375 to begin and $375 after approval, before launch. Care is $129/month starting at launch. With 12 months of care, the combined cost is $2,298; there is no annual care commitment.
Domain registration and renewal, paid fonts or photography, and third-party subscriptions or transaction fees are separate. Any extra cost or work needs your agreement first. The project agreement will cover billing, applicable taxes, pauses and cancellation of an unfinished build. This website accepts no payment.
Routine updates
Unlimited requests cover menu items and prices, hours and temporary closures, existing copy, link fixes, announcements within an existing section and photo swaps using supplied, authorized files. One complete request is active at a time; related changes can be sent together.
The target for a small, complete request is the end of the next business day, Monday–Friday in Pacific time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is a completion target, not 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time. I confirm a timeline for larger batches or when information is missing.
Seasonal menu replacements are included within the existing layout and agreed 60-item limit, with a timeline confirmed before work starts. New pages, extra locations, redesigns, new integrations and work beyond that menu scope get a separate quote.
Hosting & care
Care includes hosting, HTTPS, routine maintenance, versioned site backups and routine content updates. Recovery uses the last working site version; third-party ordering and reservation systems remain with their providers.
Your domain and provider accounts stay in your name. Access is delegated where available; we don’t need shared passwords. Care doesn’t include running paid ads, ongoing SEO campaigns, restaurant operations or a custom ordering/payment platform.
Ownership & leaving
You keep your domain, content and provider accounts. Once the build is paid in full, the custom design and website files created for your project belong to you. Reusable tools remain KCI’s, with the usage rights needed to run your delivered site. Fonts, stock images and other third-party assets keep their original licenses.
Care is month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Hosting stays active through the paid care period. After full build payment, a standard export of the site files, assets we’re allowed to transfer and setup notes is included, with no website buyout fee. Setting up a new host or rebuilding on another platform is separate work. Domain and third-party renewals remain your responsibility.
